E-File Pen

1. Rotate the Twist Lock fully to the left until you hear a click to unlock the chuck.
2. Insert your chosen Drill Bit, leaving a small gap between the bit and the chuck.
3. Rotate the Twist Lock fully to the right to lock it in place.
4. Hold the On/Off/Increase Speed button for 2 seconds to power on.
5. Tap the same button to adjust speed. Start on Level 1 if you're a beginner, using Cuticle Drill Bits, or a 240 Grit Sanding Band on natural nails.
6. Choose the correct rotation direction. Your Drill Bit should rotate opposite to your movement (cuticle to tip) to create traction.
7. Move in light, even strokes from cuticle to tip with minimal pressure.
8. Hold the On/Off/Increase Speed button for 2 seconds to power off.

Only use on gel manicures that include Builder Gel, except when using 240 Grit Sanding Bands or Cuticle Drill Bits. On bare nails, only use a 240 Grit Sanding Band or Cuticle Drill Bit at Level 1. The E-File Pen has a 10-minute auto-off to prevent overheating—if it feels warm, let it cool before restarting.

• To clean, with the Drill Bit still inserted and the E-File Pen turned off, use the Gelous Dust Brush to brush away debris. Wipe away any remaining dust with a lightly dampened cloth and allow to air dry.
• Never use Nail Polish Remover or acetone-based products on the E-File Pen itself.
• If Gel Nail Polish is stuck on your Ceramic or Diamond Drill Bit, soak for approximately 10 seconds in Nail Polish Remover, then wipe clean with a Lint Free Wipe.
• Only clean Sanding Bands with a Dust Brush or dry Lint Free Wipe; do not wet.
• Replace Drill Bits when they feel dull, show visible wear, stop removing product efficiently, or require more pressure, usually after 3-6 months.
• Replace Sanding Band when it starts to look worn or lose grit, usually after 1-2 uses.
