Hi Alice,
I am so sorry you are experiencing premature chipping with your manicure. There’s most likely something small you are missing in your manicure process, as you shouldn't get any premature chipping unless your nails are very weak/bendy, you use cleaning chemicals without gloves, or have your hands in water an excessive amount.
Have you had a look at the question ‘How can I get my gel manicure to last longer’ on our Frequently Asked Questions page? This has some great tips on how to achieve a long-lasting gel mani. You can find this page here: https://www.gelous.co/pages/faq-usage-and-product-issues
Premature chipping on strong, healthy nails generally occurs for one of the following reasons: not buffing enough (particularly at the sides of your nails), not wiping with Nail Polish Remover before applying Base Coat, not capping the tip of your nails or applying your coats too thick (particularly on the sides and base of your nails) or not leaving a gap between your cuticle and the polish.
Hope this helps! 😊
Gelous.
