Throughout the holiday period we will be operating at reduced capacity to give some of our team members a much-needed break. As a result, processing and response times may be slower than usual.

Order Fulfilment

Our Auckland warehouse will be processing orders during our usual hours of Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Sat-Sun 9am-3pm. Our Brisbane warehouse will be processing orders during our usual hours of Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. This excludes the below:

Getting In Touch

The best way to reach us during our holiday period is via email. Our customer service email and social media channels will be monitored during our holiday period, however response times will be slower than usual. 

We will be unable to answer phone calls and live chat messages during our office closure periods.

Please check your order carefully before completing payment, as we cannot guarantee that order changes can be made before processing your order. We take no liability for orders processed that contain incorrect physical addresses, incorrect email addresses, incorrect order contents, etc.

Delivery Enquiries

For any delivery inquiries, it's best to reach out to the courier company (NZ Post, Australia Post, or DHL) during our closure period, as our response times will be slower than usual until we resume regular operations.

Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

Sending by the Christmas cut-off dates gives you the best chance to get your item where it needs to be for Christmas, however this is not guaranteed. These dates are correct as of the 4th of December 2024, but may change due to unforeseen service impacts. Please allow an additional 3 days for delivery to rural locations.
