By completing your order you agree to the following:

Shipping

• Processing & shipping timeframes.
• Returns & order cancellation terms.
• Your address is input correctly and with sufficient detail. No liability is held with Gelous if it is not.
• Your parcel will be delivered with Authority to Leave unless Signature Required is selected. If there is no safe place to leave your parcel, it will be held at your local depot.
• If you have not selected Signature Required, your package is left in a safe place and your package is stolen, Gelous is under no obligation to replace your order. 

Taxes & Duties

• If your order is being shipped outside of New Zealand or Australia, your may be charged import taxes or import duties when your order reaches its destination country. These must be paid for by the recipient.
• Check your local government website for more information on taxes and import duties.

Percentage Off Discount Codes

• If you haven't added your Percentage Off Discount Code at checkout, you can email us at info@gelous.co to receive the value of the discount as store credit.
• We are unable to offer you store credit after the discount code has expired. 

Buy One Get One Free Discount Codes

• If you haven't added your Buy One Get One Free Discount Code at checkout, you can email us at info@gelous.co to add this.
• Please include the free item you would like if applicable.
• We are unable to add Buy One Get One Free Discount Codes after the discount code has expired. 
• If your order has been shipped and you would still like to receive your free item, you will be charged for the shipping.

• To apply and remove your Gelous Gel Nail Polish safely and according to our Application Guide & Removal Guide.
• To use your Gelous Nail Lamp safely and according to our Gel Nail Lamp User Guide.
• Our products may not be compatible with products from other brands.
• Colours may appear differently on your screen than in person.

Bundles & Kits

• To check the contents of your bundle or kit before proceeding with payment. 
• If you remove part of your bundle or kit, the bundle or kit discount may no longer apply.
• If you remove part of your bundle or kit, you will not be supplied with the removed item.
