pH Bond:A powerful prep step for manicures that last. This dehydrating solution removes oils and moisture while balancing your nail's pH, creating an ideal surface for superior adhesion.
Nail Primer:Designed to improve adhesion, Primer helps Gelous Gel Nail Polish adhere more effectively to your nails for manicures that last. A key player for long-lasting results, apply after pH Bond to give your manicure extra staying power.

After shaping, buffing, and cleansing your nails with a Lint Free Wipe moistened with Gelous Gel Nail Polish Remover, apply pH Bond, and follow with Primer. Allow to air-dry for 60 seconds before continuing with Gelous Base Coat, Gelous Builder Gel (if using), Gelous Colour Coat, and Gelous Top Coat as usual.

I’ve since read primer etc aren’t essential but I will still use as part of my routine. Seems to do the job especially on my non dominant hand .

Seem helpful
I've been using both of these for a month. Haven't noticed a big change in my nails or length of polish lasting. But I have been doing alot of gardening etc. Too soon to decide if they're helping
