With its fine 180 grit side and rough 100 grit side, this high-quality Nail File is designed to work perfectly with Gelous products.

Use the fine 180 grit side of the Nail File to shape and buff your nails or to push back cuticles. Use the rough 100 grit side to buff off the shiny Gelous Top Coat before removing Gelous Gel Nail Polish.

As a general rule, if you're a regular nail filer, you should hold onto your Nail File for no longer than three months. Keeping it any longer can lead to damage as the buffing plates wear down, and a build-up of bacteria.

Do not use the 100 grit (rough side) on bare nails.
