Hi Ella,
Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear you've had difficulty figuring out how to use the Black & White Meadow nail transfers – we completely understand how frustrating that can be 💕
Nail transfers can seem a bit confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it they're actually quite straightforward. Here's a step-by-step breakdown that might help: Start by cutting out your chosen design from the sheet, then soak it in water for about 5-10 seconds until the transfer starts to separate from the backing paper. Gently slide the transfer off the backing and place it onto your nail (ideally after you've applied and cured your base colour, but before your top coat). You can use tweezers or our Nail Art Tweezers to help with precise placement, then smooth out any air bubbles and seal with your top coat.
The key is making sure your base layer is completely cured and that the transfer is wet enough to slide off the backing easily, but not so wet that it falls apart. It definitely takes a bit of practice to get the timing and technique just right.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as it helps us understand when our instructions might need to be clearer for customers trying the Black & White Meadow transfers. Please email our customer service info@gelous.co if you would like anymore tailored advice✨
