Apply your French manicure accurately and consistently every time with Gelous French Nail Tip Guides.

After curing your Colour Coat, wipe your nails with a Lint Free Wipe moistened with Nail Polish Remover to remove the sticky inhibition layer. Place the French Nail Tip Guide just below the white tip of your fingernail or toenail, pressing firmly in place, before applying one of two ways:

Option 1: Apply 2-3 thin coats of your nail tip Colour Coat to the area above the French Nail Tip Guide, curing after each coat with the Gelous UV/LED Gel Nail Lamp. Peel off the French Nail Tip Guide and touch up with a Nail Art Brush as required. Apply your Top Coat as normal.

Option 2: Apply a thin coat of your nail tip Colour Coat to the area above the French Nail Tip Guide, and then remove it. Tidy up with your Oblique Nail Art Brush and touch up with your Detail Brush. Once you are happy with the result, cure with the Gelous UV/LED Gel Nail LampApply your Top Coat as normal.

    Good tool for longer nails

I personally found they didn’t work well with nails that weren’t very long - by the time I’d stuck them down (using standard tweezers, not ideal) I was only painting a centimetre of nail.

I opted to freehand tips instead with the Gelous brushes.

    A Good Guide

I use these every time I'm doing a french tip and they're great for getting an estimation of the french tip shape. Before sticking on, I wipe away the sticky layer with nail polish remover but still find the polish will bleed underneath the sticker a little. I just use an angled brush to clean this up and it turns out perfect. Still recommend!

    Easy to use

Works well on top of colour coats, however it doesn’t stick to builder gel.

Unfortunately I didn’t like using it these

Unfortunately they were a bit of a flop, they wouldn’t stick properly and bleed the polish and looked terrible when I removed them off, I had to file off the polish and go with no French tip.

    French tips

I found that if you get the hang of using the french tip nail guides they work really well, especially with a gorgeous outcome on slightly longer nails.
